Hethersett had most of the chances and should have won by a greater margin but missed two penalties. Victory, however, took the team 13 points clear at the top of the Eastern Region Premier Division, although Norwich City Ladies still have four games in hand.

Sophie Fuller, who had earlier shot wide from the spot, opened the scoring just before half-time when she headed a Nicola Bray centre home. Kelly Gray made it 2-0 in the second half with a drive from 25 yards. Nicola Stolworthy also missed a penalty when she shot tamely at the 'keeper.
