Assistant Treasurer

Main Purpose of Role

To assist the treasurer and maintain club financial records.

Actual Duties Involved

	Banking as required
	Assist with fund-raising events
	Assist secretary if treasurer is away
	Stand in for treasurer in his/her absence.

Liaise With

	Club secretary
	Club treasurer

The Postholder will be responsible to

The club committee and treasurer

Meetings to Attend

	Monthly club committee meetings if treasurer is not available
	Fund-raising events as necessary

Estimated time commitment

2 hours per month

Term

Twelve month term, subject to renewal at each annual general meeting.
