To promote best practice coaching and aid the development of players at all levels of the club. Postholder must be at least a level two qualified coach.

Actual Duties Involved

Support team managers/coaches as requested by

	Providing advice and guidance to new coaches
	Helping to plan/run training sessions
	Keeping up to date on development in coaching techniques and communicating these to Hethersett Athletic FC coaches
	Providing ideas on training exercises.

Liaise With

Team coaches and managers

2 hours per week to keep up to date with coaching developments

Time required to support coaches depends on demand
