Events Officer

Main Purpose of Role

To co-ordinate and assist with organising and running Hethersett Athletic Club events.

Actual Duties Involved

Co-ordinate annual youth funday

Organise club raffles

Explore avenues for additional fundraising events

Run and assist with club events.

Liaise With

All club members wishing to stage an event or fund-raising event.

The Postholder will be responsible to

Meetings to Attend

Monthly club committee meetings

Estimated time commitment

Up to 12 hours per week

Term

12 months subject to renewal at the annual general meeting.
