Hethersett Athletic

	Provide weekly information and reports to the Media
	Keeping cuttings files of Media coverage
	Providing internal information wherever possible
	Producing a monthly newsletter (Hethersett Angles)
	Overseeing, editing and regularly updating the club's official web site
	Ensure the promotion of sponsors and their products/services
	Liaising with local groups

Liaise With

	Sponsorship Officer
	All committee members and team managers (for publicity opportunities)
	Local companies/businesses
	Club chair/treasurer and secretary

The Postholder will be responsible to

Meetings to Attend

	Monthly club committee meetings
	Annual General Meeting
	Sub Committee Meetings
	Outside meetings with relevance to marketing/promotions.

Estimated time commitment

10 hours plus per week

Term

Twelve month term, subject to renewal at each annual general meeting.
